Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Click Quick Ltd ("Stack The Odds", "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website, our free Telegram channel, and our Discord community.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: first name, email address, mobile phone number (where you provide one so we can set up your membership), Telegram or Discord username, Whop account ID.
  • Billing data: handled exclusively by Whop and Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive only subscription status and billing events.
  • Usage data: standard web logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages visited), activity within our Telegram and Discord communities (your messages, role membership, reactions).
  • Marketing consent: if you opt in, we'll send subscription-related and marketing emails. Unsubscribe in any email.

2. How we use it

  • To deliver the Service (give you Telegram and/or Discord access, sync your role).
  • To set up your membership and contact you about it where you provide a phone number (we do not send marketing texts).
  • To send subscription emails (welcome, billing, cancellation).
  • To send marketing emails (only if you consent).
  • To analyse site performance and improve the product.
  • To detect abuse, fraud, and breach of our Terms.

3. Third-party processors

We share data only with the following processors, each bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:

  • Whop: subscription, billing, role-sync.
  • Stripe: payment processing (via Whop).
  • Telegram: free community + pick delivery.
  • Discord: paid community hosting.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel: website hosting + edge logging.
  • Google Analytics 4: anonymised site analytics.
  • Meta Pixel: ad attribution (Meta Ads).
  • TikTok Pixel: ad attribution (TikTok Ads).

4. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies for site functionality and to measure our advertising (Meta Pixel). See our Cookie Policy for the full list. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

5. Retention

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for 24 months after cancellation (for billing records, legal compliance, and re-activation). Marketing email lists are kept until you unsubscribe. Web logs are retained for 90 days.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

  • Right of access: request a copy of your data.
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure: request deletion.
  • Right to restrict processing.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to object to processing (including marketing).
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).

7. International transfers

Some of our processors (Whop, Stripe, Vercel, Google, Meta, TikTok) may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions outside the UK / EEA. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and / or adequacy decisions.

8. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures (TLS in transit, encryption at rest where supported, role-based access control, audit logs). No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
